Thea Di Filippo - Chief Executive Officer
Thea Di Filippo is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder
of Mercury Consulting and works closely with GSA on behalf
of Mercury clients. As the firm's expert, she has successfully
negotiated GSA Schedule Contracts representing millions of
dollars in GSA contractor sales for Mercury Consulting clients.
Thea brings over 20 years of Federal contracting experience
to Mercury Consulting, including extensive knowledge of GSA
and many major contracting vehicles, The Federal Acquisition
Regulations and Federal procurement policy. BS George Mason
University Graduate - Georgetown University Law Center.
Kevin Custer – President and Chief Operating
Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in sales and business
development for both Federal and commercial market places
and has been employed by Mercury Consulting since 2001. He
has a great understanding of government contracts and the
sales process which in turn helps clients market their government
contracts and increase sales. Kevin developed FederalShoppingMall.com,
an online resource center that connects Government Contractors
with Federal and State buyers as well as Prime Contractors.
He has worked for several organizations: MPI Business Systems,
Eastern Telecom, Capitol Volley, Inc., Creative Existence
Publishing, UUNet Technologies, Worldcom, Fedcenter.com and
Genuity Solutions. Kevin is a graduate of West Virginia University.
