Help Desk Package - This plan is for companies that want to handle the process of obtaining a GSA Schedule Contract on their own. Under this plan, the company prepares, submits, negotiates and interfaces with GSA during the award process. Mercury Consulting assists by reviewing the company's offer prior to submission and provides help desk services for questions or issues throughout the applications process. This plan is based on an hourly rate.

Maintenance Packages - The work in obtaining a GSA Schedule Contract does not end once the contract is awarded. A GSA Schedule Contract involves constant maintenance and contract compliance throughout the life of the 5-year contract. Maintenance can include any to all of the following: Addition, Deletion and Administrative Modifications, Economic Price Adjustments, Contract Support, GSA Advantage, Renewals, Change of Name and Contract Novations, Sub Contracting Plans, Help desk and Consultation.
